If you’d like to report an error with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible, as we cannot provide support or offer replacements longer than 30 days after an item’s delivery date.

Shipping Policy

Your item will be shipped from one of our partner warehouses within 2 business days of placing your order. 

The items ordered will be delivered discreetly to your address via USPS or UPS primarily, and you will receive a valid tracking number(s) at the email address you used to place the order within 24 hours of shipment. Although it is unlikely, occasionally we can cancel or correct errors made in your order, but you must contact us ASAP, as our orders do ship within 2 business days, and cannot be modified once in transit.
